Join [RTO 9](https://www.rto9.ca/) and Tracey Snow of [Organized Strategies](https://www.organizedstrategies.com/) as we take a step away from the day-to-day and look at your business from a broader perspective. We'll examine your customers and revenue, operations, marketing, owner capacity and future direction to identify what's working and what's getting in the way.

**We'll help you answer:**

- What is working well?
- Where are you losing time or opportunity?
- What keeps getting postponed?
- What depends too heavily on you?
- If you could improve only two things this year, what would make the biggest difference?

**You'll leave with:** A Business Check-Up and two clear priorities for your business.

Through this Four-Part Business Learning Series – "[*Moving Your Tourism Business Forward*](https://www.eventbrite.com/cc/moving-your-tourism-business-forward-4882483/)" - Tracey will help tourism businesses step back and assess where they are today, build partnerships that create real business value, identify opportunities for sustainable growth, and begin planning for the future and succession. Each session is designed to provide practical tools and actions that participants can apply directly to their business.
