Growth doesn't always mean more customers. It could mean increasing customer spending, improving profitability, extending your season, introducing a new experience or making better use of the capacity you already have. Join [RTO 9](https://www.rto9.ca/) and Tracey Snow of [Organized Strategies](https://www.organizedstrategies.com/) as we explore what growth looks like for your business.

**We'll help you answer:**

- Could existing customers spend more, stay longer or return?
- Are there new products or experiences worth exploring?
- Could you strengthen shoulder-season business?
- Is your pricing working?
- Do you have the capacity to grow?

**You'll leave with:** A Growth Opportunity Map, two potential opportunities and one to explore further.

Through this Four-Part Business Learning Series – "[*Moving Your Tourism Business Forward*](https://www.eventbrite.com/cc/moving-your-tourism-business-forward-4882483/)" - Tracey will help tourism businesses step back and assess where they are today, build partnerships that create real business value, identify opportunities for sustainable growth, and begin planning for the future and succession. Each session is designed to provide practical tools and actions that participants can apply directly to their business.
